Hi, I’m the founder of Sacred Reset™, author of Love Beyond Weddings & Churchbells, and a coach for high-achieving single women of faith who are ready to reclaim their lives.
I spent years playing by the rules:

I checked every box society gave me — faithful, educated, accomplished. But underneath the surface, I lived with a silent ache: Was this all there is? I smiled while unraveling, trying to earn belonging through perfection and faithfulness.
My Sacred Reset began when I dared to question everything. It wasn’t rebellion. It was survival. I unlearned toxic religious conditioning, healed codependency and burnout, and reclaimed my voice, my dreams, and my inner happiness.

Born in Jamaica, raised in South Florida, and am currently living bi-state (GA & TN).
I believe in smart work, sacred rest, bold dreams, and soulful living.
Tennis taught me discipline; dance taught me freedom — I bring both into my coaching.
The arts nourish my spirit: music, stand-up comedy, and cinema are my escapes.
My heart beats for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, rewrite their story, and rise into a life that feels like home (not just a house).
